1. Our commitment
Ceivis LLC, which operates Digipae, is committed to making digipae.com usable by people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we treat a barrier that stops someone completing a task as a defect to fix, not a preference to weigh.
2. What we do
- Every form field has a programmatically associated, visible or screen-reader label.
- The site can be used with a keyboard alone, and a “Skip to main content” link is the first stop on every page.
- Text and the edges of controls are designed to meet WCAG contrast minimums.
- Images and icons that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from assistive technology.
- Animation respects the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
- Every change to the public pages is tested automatically with axe-core and our own checks before it can be released, so a regression fails the build.
3. Where we are today
We are working toward full conformance and have not yet completed an independent audit with people who use assistive technology. This statement describes our effort and our testing; it is not a claim that every page conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.
4. Known limitations
- The signed-in merchant dashboard and admin console are being brought up to the same standard as the public pages. Some screens there may still have unlabeled controls or low-contrast borders.
- Identity verification, bank linking and card payment steps are provided by third parties (Socure, Plaid and Stripe) and follow their accessibility practices, not ours.
- The Digipae mobile app is assessed separately from this website.
5. Tell us about a barrier
If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@digipae.comwith the subject “Accessibility”. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it. We aim to reply within five business days, and where we reasonably can we will help you finish the task another way while we fix the problem.
